I am very pleased to inform you that I will be able to meet face to face again from my home. I have created a new counselling room on the ground floor which is larger than my old room allowing us to comfortably sit 2 meters apart.

It is my sincere hope that we can continue to meet face to face from now on. I will continue to monitor the situation via my awarding body BACP and via the NHS & GOV links below.

I have a new Coronavirus contract extension to our working agreement which I will ask you to sign and return or bring with you when we next meet.

I hope you have been keeping well.
I’m back to seeing clients face to face from Monday September 7th. I will be offering walking sessions held in Carter’s Meadow next door to my house or video conferencing sessions.
I look forward to hearing from you if you would like to book a session.

At the moment I am unable to offer sessions from my home, I am hoping this will change in the future.

I hope you are keeping safe at this time. It is with a heavy heart that I have decided that I will not be able to see clients face to face for the foreseeable future. It’s a decision I have been wrestling with all weekend but with the current situation progressing the way it is I feel it is the correct decision.

I am very happy to continue our sessions using video conferencing software. There will be a choice of using Zoom – https://zoom.us/ or WhatsApp video, both are free to use and very easy to set up.

Of course I am also happy to continue via the telephone only if this is preferred. I had been planning a break from April 1st which has been cancelled and I will be available if you would like to continue weekly sessions throughout April.

Please let me know if you would like to continue our sessions via video conferencing and we can discuss the details further. I have been testing the software which has worked well so far considering our internet connection is not the best.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate in contacting me. Take Care & Stay Safe.

I hope you are keeping safe in these troubling times. At the moment I am taking things on a day to day basis and currently I do plan to meet with clients next week.
To keep us both safe I am just checking with all clients that they are feeling well and to the best of their knowledge they have not been in contact with any persons showing flu/virus like symptoms in the past 14 days. I would ask if you can please confirm if this is the case the day before your appointment, and I will of course be in touch if I have any concerns about my own health.

If for any reason you do not wish to meet face to face we can use the video conferencing software Zoom – https://zoom.us/

It is free to use and very easy to set up. If you decide this is a better option for you please let me know and I will be in touch to schedule our Zoom session.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate in contacting me. Take Care & Stay Safe.
